For many, coffee is a commodity, a generic product. For us, it is a living art. Specialty coffee is not a marketing label; it is a technical quality standard that ensures:

Full traceability: We know the name of the coffee farmer, the farm, and the exact altitude where the cherry tree grew.

Tasting score: We only select beans that score above 80 points on the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) scale.

Mindful roasting: We don't burn the beans. We roast them to bring out their natural notes: from the bright acidity of citrus to the deep sweetness of chocolate or caramel.
