SHIPPING CHARGES AND TAXES

In the event that the price of the products and/or services subject to a purchase offer is not paid, it will be understood that there is a breach of contract, which is grounds for termination by INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS, with the client assuming the value of the return of said products and/or services to the respective deposit, as well as the amount of damages derived from said breach.

In the event of payment by other possible means, in accordance with what is established on this site, ownership of the products and/or services will be transferred to the customer from the moment the contract is perfected, that is, from the moment they are shipped from the warehouses and/or authorized Group of INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS in the Republic of Colombia.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS undertakes to make deliveries exclusively within the Colombian territory, in the areas and places to which it has access according to its distribution network (see more information in the customer service section), and therefore may refuse to accept a purchase offer when the address registered by the customer for delivery is not within the geographical areas enabled by INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS for this purpose.

The products subject to the purchase will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when making their purchase offer, within an approximate period of five (5) business days, counted from the date on which INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS accepts the corresponding purchase offer, and provided that the terms and conditions of payment have been determined in advance and there are no causes beyond the control of INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS that could delay the delivery, such as any event of fortuitous event or force majeure.

It is understood that any person present at the address where the delivery is to be made is duly authorized by the customer to receive their order, and therefore INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS is exempt from any responsibility for the delivery made, provided that it is made at the address registered on our site.

For products and/or services with restricted use, an authorized person must be present to receive them; otherwise, it will be understood that no one received the order. If no one receives the order at the indicated address, INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS will return the products and/or services to the warehouse, and the customer will be obligated to contact us within a maximum of five (5) calendar days so that we can resend them. In this case, the costs generated by resending the order will be the responsibility of the customer, and until these costs are paid, INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS will not be obligated to resend the order.

If the customer does not request reshipment within the indicated term, or does not pay the additional value for reshipment, INVERSIONES FEERVA SAS may withdraw from the business, and will only be obliged to return the amount paid for the products and/or services, deducting the value of the expenses incurred for transport.

PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES
