For many, coffee is a commodity, a generic product. For us, it is a living art<\/strong>. Specialty coffee is not a marketing label; it is a technical quality standard that ensures:<\/p>\n

    Tasting score:<\/strong>\u00a0We only select beans that score above 80 points on the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) scale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Mindful roasting:<\/strong>\u00a0We don't burn the beans. We roast them to bring out their natural notes: from the bright acidity of citrus to the deep sweetness of chocolate or caramel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
